Very deceitful in their approach. WHO answers there phone with a number they do not recognize?? They do not leave a message for several calls and then when "Robert Reynolds" did leave messages they were vague. It wasn't until Robert finally said what it was that we called him back. Rude, condescending and shame on Camarillo Clinic for using Century for their error in billing.

I CALLED TO MAKE PAYMENTS TO CLEAR UP AN ACCOUNT IN COLLECTION, WHEN ROBERT INSISTED I PAY IN FULL. I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK ASKING IF I COULD MAKE A PAYMENT IN FULL TODAY AND TO START PAYMENTS I WOULD NEED 300$ OR MORE DOWN. THEN I TOLD HIM I HAD TO TALK TO MY FIANCE. A FEW DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL SAYING BECAUSE I HAVE NOT FULFILLED MY OBLIGATION ON OUR AGREEMENT ? I NEVER MADE AN AGREEMENT. VERY MISLEADING

Robert was rude, condicending, and would not hear the full story on why the dept is fraudulent . I even have evidence it is and was paid in full before they received the account. They are the worst collections company and should not be hired !!!!shame on you Robert and work on you customer service ! No star is the option was there . Customer beware !

Your Name says it all Dick ! I've used this agency for my medical practice since 1988 and they are very professional and courteous to our patients. I know that collection agencies are not allowed to leave any information on a voicemail as to the actual reason for their call in the event that someone other than the intended party hears it. I believe your comments about Robert are way off. Just sayin.

Just spoke with Robert regarding an invalid charge. He was very condescending and extremely rude. I told him I was trying to be civil and that the problem was being worked out, but he stated that "if I feel he was giving me attitude that he would give me the attitude I think I'm getting". Childish and unprofessional. He then proceeded to hang up on me. This is the craziest thing I've ever dealt with! I don't understand the reason for his behavior. I called back to speak with his manager and was told he is the only manager and reports to no one. Very doubtful.
