Horrible. The fraud dept., has a "Nervous Nellie" robot running things. I get flagged for using card for over $100.00. At Safeway, at CVS . So embarrassing, and a heart attack giving scare.. Takes hours to get unflagged. Could be a disaster if traveling away from home. Is a Misery.

No open tellers (in the middle of the day) and the lady in the little glass office was very rude and annoyed cause she had to get off the phone to help me after I stood there for over 5 mins. This experience has made me consider switching banks

As good as it gets for customer service IF you're patient... Yet come on folks, we choose that branch for convenience. & I'm glad to have it! If your in a hurry GO TO THE Tennessee St. branch or STFU!!!
