When I went about 9:20 am, the line was already long. I think I waited 20 minutes. Saw a man arguing with teller about changing his bank due to continous errors from B of A. The customer service seemed to be lack luster there. It's a very different vibe from the one on Springs Rd. And didn't realized you now have to show id to desposit money.

Always short staffed. Long lines of people waiting for services. Not like tellers get paid a lot for BofA not to adequately staff this location. #Shameful.
