Chase ATM in Union City, CA

Visited Saturday 8/28/10 around 6:30pm to make a deposit. I entered a stack of bills that added up to $500 and the machine started to count the money then an error message appeared & the machine saved and told me to please wait. My brother and i waited there for aprox 10mins before the machine told me i could only enter 50 bills at a time and to remove some bills and try again. Only thing is when it told me to remove cash the machine never opened up to let me take my bills out, 30 sec later it said " thank you for banking with chase" obviously the machine just took my money. rent is due soon and now i gotta wait for them to do their "investigations' till they release my funds which can take forever! major inconvenience im highly upset and i feel robbed!
