They enjoy being sadistic automatons who get to exercise their passive/aggressive personality disorders over the anonymity of the telephone. The paranoia aspect of their personalities convinces them that every caller is lying to them. They then base their customer services on these qualities. Even the receptionist cannot tell the difference between a question and a statement. She refused to take a message. Isn't that her job? I shudder to think about the effect their sparkling personalities have on their interpersonal relationships. Credit Bureau of Ukiah is their own worst enemy. The first-contact employees seem to be encouraged to anger callers so they become uncooperative, thus giving the Bureau the chance to humiliate people with their employers or in court. People struggling financially are not criminals, and should not be treated as such. A one star rating is too much, but it was the minimum to tell the truth here.

Rude, condescending, hostile. Will mess with your mental wellbeing. Call you several times a week, at work and early morning. I am glad I am done with them. It took years because I couldn't handle going in there and had to psych myself up just to pay every month
