I had the worst experience in this branch. Usually, the customer services personnel at banks are very professional. The personnel including the shift manager was very rude and unprofessional. When I visited to consult with a customer service, everyone was in a meeting. After a long period of waiting, finally someone came out of the meeting and told me that someone will be with me shortly. After that I stood there waiting for 15 minutes, and nobody bothered to come out. They were laughing and joking around in the meeting room... The entire branch should be fired!!!

Shocked! I don't understand why this bank is getting such bad reviews!! They have great customer service, eager to help and always w/a smile. I think people are to quick to judge others. Check yourselves before leaving negative feedback. Remember to treat others the way you would like to be treated. (kindergarten style) I ♥ my Wells Fargo Bank! #thebest

As executor to an estate, I've had to get a lot of documents notarized. I've used the "The District" branch of Wells Fargo for most of these. They've always been very helpful and friendly. They even have a greeter at the door to inquire as to what your needs are and to ensure they're quickly attended to. I also use Wells Fargo as my bank, and I find they have great service. If I have any criticism, it's that they have a fairly low limit on mobile deposits and inter-bank transfer of funds. For anything over a couple of thousands, a trip to a branch or a check is required. On the upside, they have branch in my local Pavilions store which is open even on Sunday.

Very bad service. I actually walked in as a business owner and a gentleman sat me down and was very nice. However when I sat down I heard the gentleman telling a rep about me and at the same time someone else walked in after me and I was skipped and was told to wait longer and the people that came in after me, the rep, she served them fast and tried not to look at me. This is how business owners business account holder get treated this way at the location by some reps? I can see why the manager is very nice as I can see he is striving for quality but I noticed some are not allowing him to give the full quality at this branch. Wow I had to come back to this review to add more that is happening, I just got skipped again by a second rep, with another customer, now I've been here for 27 minutes waiting for some invisible rep to help me which no one can find
