My experience in general is that, they are a corporation with the same Head quarters in Arizona so it does not matter where you go they operate in the same unethical manner. My bad experience happend in Grants Pass Oregon. They are unethical stay clear and away from these people. They think that consumers are not smart and will chose to conceal information from you. In my case, they thought that if they would wait to reveal that I did not qualify for a certain loan, and wait until the holidays that I would feel pressured to sign a different loan with them. However, I did not agree to such horrible tactics. I was quoted and preapproved for a certain loan and this is what I had agreed to. There unethical tactic was used to see if they could save their loan in case, I did not want to close the loan with them. Well it did not work in fact, it back fired on them. I do not know how or why they thought I would be a door mat to them. I tried so hard to never give them this impression, since I am a single women of ethnicity. I guess they really thought I was a double slam dunk deal! In fact, I have two degree I am still paying loans for student loans. You'd think by them having all my grades (I even have lots of A's) student loans off my credit report they would see that I have brains and I would not put up with the crap they put me through. Yes, they had every little detail about me per their request everything except my first born! They had every single thing about me in front of them. Boy, did I feel vulnerable to these predators. They told me they needed these things to do the loan. I consider myself a savvy and sharp consumer which they will make you feel like your not even though, we are in the 21st century and most consumers thanks to the internet are educated or a least have done research. And they think that you do not know your credit worthiness again, undervaluing you as a consumer. Imortgage created a nightmare spiral affect because all parties involved, home builder etc. Your best bet is to go to trustworthy people such as your, a credit union or if you are in Southern Oregon go to Summit Funding they are super. You may find them in your area. I went with Guy Giles he is super and honest. The title company was also awesome, Ticor they respected me and I felt safe as well that they were going by regulations. However, imortgage, I dealt with Grants Pass, Oregons office but I imagine they are all the same given by all the bad reviews on here. I should have trusted my gut first impression. Imortgage created a fiasco for me and a living hell!!!
