Ms. Sandra Torrez (Branch Manager) is an AMAZING person. In our first encounter, she was warm, cordial and sympathetic to my mother's situation which made us feel immediately at ease. For the past year, my mother and I had been dealing with alot of challenges since my father's passing and it was very reassuring to come across someone who really CARES about people. She went out of her way to try to help us, treated us like human beings not just an "account number", and got the necessary papers before my mother would have encurred a hefty tax penalty.
