Well calling there is a joke you wait forever. I then go on line to send an email and there is no email address to contact them. So I figure they will call and call they did every two hours. I have a job and it is unreal that they would call every two hours and not leave a message. My call was to let them know I didn't get paid and would be making the payment outside the grace period but before it was 30 days late. I then called back the number that appeared all morning long. I then spoke to a girl very nice explained the situation and told her I would pay on the 11th when I get my check. Today they told me at work they were changing the pay date to Thursday, so I tried to call to let them know. Well good luck with that. They were closed, bankers hours, then there is not an email address to communicate. Happy Honda People my ass! I am not happy now I am sure on Tuesday they will blow up my phone yet again and at work I can't answer so while I like the car Honda can kiss my ass good bye when my lease is up I am done. So Happy Honda People how about that. update: Well on Friday I spent 20 minutes on hold to let them know the new pay date and when they would receive payment. I tried to email them and even opened an on line account so I could pay then direct rather than through my bank which would be quicker. They never picked up. Again on Monday after getting calls like three during business hours which when I clearly stated on a call I recorded that they were being notified of my right under the Fair Debt Practices Act to not call put to put anything they had to say to me in writing. This clearly is a $1000 violation. Then the robo calls no messages started. So by my count they are owing me $4K for the calls. So once I registered they contacted me to say they were honoring my request, which i did not request, to email my bills, I sent a reply no I did not mail them to me and of course, no reply. So Monday and Tuesday the robo calls non stop and of course when I call I again wait and wait and wait and of course they do not answer so today i dropped a letter to their office here in Torrance where I live and tomorrow morning i will pay them minus the late fee as far as i can see they owe me money as they are continually violating federal law specifically the FDCPA. Shame on you what do you have to say for yourself Happy Honda People really what can you say to this

After waiting over 17 minutes, to the worse music & continual repetition that my call would be answered as soon as possible, I finally was connected to "Jessica" in customer service. I was told that I needed my husband to verify that I was authorized to ask questions. I handed the phone to my husband & he gave his social security number, address, & date of birth. Jessica said the information was questionable & said she had to hang up & I was to call back another time. My husband & I were both shocked - it had now been 25 minutes & we only had one question. I asked to speak to a supervisor & she said no one was available & hung up.
