Not sure what's up with the reviews that say it doesn't exist, but it still is right where the address says it is on Tiburon Blvd...

I went into this particular branch in the hopes of opening a safety deposit box. In order to do so I was required to open a bank account. When providing my information to do just that I was informed that my social security number was associated with an already existing account with another persons name on it. When I asked if they could call the person on the account so as to verify the social security number the manager at the time refused. I asked the Tiburon police department to check out the possible fraud and then never heard back from them. When I followed up with my inquiry with the police department there was no record of my request. When another officer took the case and went down to the branch to check on the situation the account with my social security number had mysteriously vanished and the now new branch manager provided the officer with a fictitious story with rampant inaccuracies and accusations. I suggest to all potential customers of Union Bank to be highly suspect of their underlying intentions at this bank and this particular branch. For any current customers or account holders of Union Bank I suggest checking on your account and any possible additional accounts that might have been created without your knowledge. The culture at Wells Fargo Bank is definitely not segregated to only one institution. Beware of Union Bank.
