Pleasant enough, until I went to the accounts person and she was just spewing out the company line all strictly by the book. I was getting charged for a service i no longer needed, the bank did not notify me. It was 'my responsibility" it was like a $35 each month charge. I think they cheated me out of 12 months of back pay. The bank could only give me 3 months! Oh Yeah, they need the money "so fucking much" fuck them I have to leave this crazy bank... I have been a customer since 1980...
