Unfortunately we were forced to vacate our rental property on very short notice, but were lucky to find the perfect home to purchase in Kings Beach. Nicole worked to have our loan approved and closed within 30 days and we were able to move in with two days to spare on our rental lease agreement! We were very impressed with the tools Nicole utilized to communicate our loan options, the customer service provided by the entire CNN Team, and their willingness to do whatever it took to meet our tight deadline.
