horrible experience, manager always give me trouble, this the most ridiculous excuses that they gave me, bla bla bla about rules and they own tellers broke the rules,

Long wait times. Horrible service...I've been coming here quite often over the past 2 years and it's only gotten worse unfortunately.

Horrible experience, very long waiting lines and 1 or 2 out of 4 inside ATMs often not working. I heard many times that customers were to complaining to branch manager, they always apologized, though service doesn't improve for last 2 years or so. Compare to Citibank (best service) or Chase (average), where I usually do most banking, the Bank of America is a joke.

I have called 4 times a day for 3 days. All different times and this bank never answers. They need to make time for phone calls as well. Customers that call are just important as customers that walk in. I know there is other banks but this location is the closes one to me and I have been going for years and I never am satisfied when I have to call. It's only a simple question and I can't believe it's taking so long for Bank of America to get back to me. No appreciation for customers and also doesn't make me feel welcome or safe about my money if people can't even be trained to answer a phone call.
