Lack of personal, lines are always long, great people who work there management isn't doing there job correctly to keep customers happy. For business owners who do buisness banking and expect a speeding service good luck you might as well get a regular account from BA because you'll wait in the regular line like everyone else asking why is there only 1 teller while 5 employees walking around.

I'm not a B of A acct holder and this place made me happy I'm not. Well, that and past experience with B of A in another region. This particular branch though, on a Friday, the day after a holiday, there was one teller for 30 minutes of my wait. Then a 2nd. For a moment, two tellers came out of the back for 30 seconds, looked at the line, and left. 50 minute wait to deposit cash. I've seen better customer service oriented management at self service gas stations.

Let me see how this goes- I'm not a bank holder but have a check from a bank holder - that needs cashed- 5,4,3,2....cashed I'm happy

Stood line line for over 1/2 hour to see a teller; they had only one teller working. Amazingly awful customer service. There were other associates walking around, sitting at desks, not looking busy AND definitely not concerned about the line of 15 people waiting for the ONE teller. I felt so sorry for her. If my mother didn't bank here, I would never go into BofA again. Shame on the management that allows this type of disrespect to your customers.
