Great staff

It's great place, and the banking system in Navy federal credit union bank is awesome.

Had to cash a check here once and the staff was super friendly. There was a really long line but it was also a Saturday morning

Originally I opened a savings account to save some money by creating a saving account for my child's future...good idea but bad choice of bank. My account has been opened for 4 months now and 4 months too long, I will be closing it on within a few days and I can't wait to do so. If your looking for a "basic bank," you will be okay with Navy Fed...as for myself, I don't like the BS from Navy Fed terrible customer services, hassles, unreasonable bank fees, etc. Only good thing I can say is that their financial rates for loans are nice.

Over the years I have used different banks and Credit Unions, but I finally tried NavyFed, referred to me by a family member. I have to say that I haven't had a better experience. From setting up my original account, depositing a check, to opening up a Business Account. Everyone has been nothing back super helpful and knowledgeable. First time setting up a Business account, Kate was extremely helpful and gave me great advice on what kinds of accounts to open depending on the services I needed. Rarely do I leave a bank more knowledgeable about something, then when I went in. I have been recommending this Union to everyone I know. Thanks Navy Fed for great services...
