VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. After paying them for an appraisal and their fees, they have done nothing but find lame excuses to delay and deny refinancing a loan.They are either entirely incompetent or deliberately not refinancing loans. DON'T WORK WITH MEG DALAL or HER MANAGER TOM UNGER.

I worked with Dottie at Wells Fargo for months while purchasing a bank (HSBC) owned property. It took two tries to please HSBC only to have them raise the price again. Finally, after being jerked around for 4 months by HSBC, Dottie at Wells Fargo helped me through the final stages and I purchased my home. If not for Dottie, I would have given up. Honestly, she worked magic and somehow made it a painless experience.
