Wells Fargo Bank in Santa Cruz, CA

Service here has been good for me. Quick and efficient over anything else.

I can't even give it a one star. I have banked with Wells Fargo over 20 years ago and changed banks. The customer service and vibe in the bank is cold and unpleasant. I had to go into the bank today and make a mortgage payment for a friend that is out of town. There was a problem with the amount of the payment. The teller was trying to be as helpful as he could be. But the manager was absolutely no help and offered no solution and was very rude. I went back to my office and phoned my friend and he said the amount was correct and that he was working with someone to re-format his mortgage loan. So, I went back to the bank and thank god I got a teller who would listen but she went to the manager for help and she offered again NO SOLUTION AND DIDN'T and wasn't even concerned with the new information I had. The teller took it upon herself to look further into the situation and was able to accept the payment. All of the time wasted was not necessary if someone had provided customer service or would have been doing their job. Instead of being RUDE> I do not know the mangers name she was a heavy set latina woman about 50ish.

It's a Wells Fargo. You don't really feel that special at it. It's very generic.

Everyone that works here is really nice and they do everything they can to help you in any way they are able to. When I went in to get my secured card for my wife the guy was nice enough to get rid of some overdrafts that I accidentally called as well as a few other things. I really love this place.

I love this bank. I had the easiest time opening a difficult complicated account. I was in the checking systems and had caught a fraud case years back. They were non judgemental. Treated the same as the next woman and helped me find the right exact plan for me my lifestyle and my budget.
