Friendly, but often untrained staff. Worst financial institution I could ever dream of. Incompetent management. Stay away at all costs!!

I'm amazed this credit union is still operating because they're incredibly behind the times. Their hours are extremely limited. Their online banking enrollment is confusing and glitchy. At least half of the representatives I've ever dealt with there are not at all friendly & sometimes they're downright rude. You can't make payments to your loans or credit card through their online banking system & they charge a $10 fee to make payments over the phone. Their debit & credit cards don't use smart chips so you can't use them overseas or anywhere that requires a chip card. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your banking needs.

I am sincerely disappointed with this bank. Although I greatly appreciate the alternative to corporate banking, the amount of work involved is not worth it. The ATM outside the bank frequently malfunctions. In my most recent of a long list of banking mishaps, the machine kept part of my cash deposit and did not register into my account. Almost one full week later, multiple calls and haranguing I was offered provisional credit. Perhaps if staff were more willing to make up for the frequent hassle of the ATM malfunctioning, the inefficient and non user friendly web interface, and the mistakes made by banking cashiers, I would consider remaining. Until a more organized and well managed credit union arrives, on to corporate banking for me!

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They are not a large corporate bank, so I am not paying for all the latest expensive signage and randomly high fees ($20 for a wire instead of $50 at Chase!). Most importantly, I know I can trust them, unlike B of A, Wells Fargo and Chase. who are well known to be cheats.
