Bad Customer service. Also goes by Weslend Financial. Made me pay for an appraisal and then changed the loan terms on me afterwards. Delayed my refinance by months and cost me thousands of dollars. Don't use.

applied for a reverse mortagage this year and was denied . i am 65 yrs old and expierenced in refi and home loans and have the requried equity . i no how imporantant it is to be up front with your loan officer to aviod hang ups so i explianed had a bankruptcy over two yeads ago and got a second and havent been late in the past or even before that and my credit score is decent . it turned out i was late once on my second and that denied my loan . this company that has my second has chanced names ownership and moved locations i explianed this to them . they ask me to fallow up on it and as a matter of fact had to jump thru many hoops it seemed as if i was doing there work for them . I'm glad now not to be with this lender very unexpierenced . bottom line find another lender there promises are fake
