The wait time on the phone is absolutely insane. Over 15 minutes just to talk to a representative! Hire some more personnel, this is nonsense.

I purchased a 2007 MDX, during the warranty the front grill sticker started to bubble. The service manager said they fixed it with an hair dryer. i have a 110k miles on it now but my grill looks terrible. I asked Honda to fix it, others have complained and to no avail...I feel that this is a defective product. I paid close to $55k for a Luxury SUV and I get a sticker on my front grill ???

These people are totally incompetent and useless. Paid off my lease in total on December 21st. I wanted to get the title and sell the car. I faxed the odometer statement from 3 different fax machines and they still "claim" to have not received it. Worst experience I have ever had with a major auto company. Buy a Toyota

Customer SERVICE means trying to serve your customers, and being on hold for 14 minutes two different times today made me want to ask for the CEO so I could talk to the HUMAN BEING in charge of such poor service. If you "truly appreciate my patience" on hold for ridiculously long periods of time, then please hire a better Call Center operator. I hope to never have to hold for Honda ever again.

i dont like their service at all they have so many hidden charges the more you pay the more they charge i am really upset with their services i suggest everyone goes to Safe America best company ever never had a single problem with them
