Not even a star's worth. Don't give them your email address unless you love a ton of junk mail. My inbox was nice and quiet. Same day I signed up my inbox was getting junk from banks, lenders, attorneys, etc. Big fat dislike here.

Worse than 1 star. What a scam. Be aware there is no section in your member profile that will let you know what services you subscribed to and how much you will be charged monthly... I was not even aware I was enrolled in some credit monitoring service and they gladly let me cancel services but denied a refund of the 17 dollars for my 'subscription' to service. I'm mad at myself for believing the initial $1 fee was to access one report and when I was still on the report and attempting to find out about my 'membership' or potential fees I could not find ANYTHING in my user profile information that would lead me to believe I would be charged again. Customer service pretty much told me to kick rocks and how clearly outlined it was in the registration and what even returning to this account I cannot believe how misleading the site was and how this business is still able to operate with unclear methods being provided.

I just ordered a new credit card and TransUnion and Equifax lowered my Credit Score by FIVE POINTS for having ONE Hard inquiry. CEOs Richard F. Smith + James M. Peck = PATHETIC * Why Equifax and TransUnion lower people's score for checking score/having enquiries??? These selfish and ignorant companies control and mess-up people’s credit and life.
