Dec13--Two rude bankers are gone. A new banker, Ms. Cheng Liu, helped us in very friendly and professional manner. She patiently and honestly answered our questions. She worked diligently in details to help us to setup a new account for my child and other transactions. She then followed up with us in a few days to advise my son to use his account appropriately. When we called her for a new checkbook, she did it within 48 hrs and follow up with us. She is one of the best bankers in Wells Fargo we have ever met since we opened accounts there in 1998.

Terrible service. There was a hold on my account and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. But i went to a diffrent bank and they removed it immediately

This place is a rude & unapologetic establishment who will NEVER receive my patronage AGAIN. Long waits, TERRIBLE service, UNLAWFUL rules of policy & COMPLETELY clueless, in even MANAGEMENT, regarding account services and 401K assistance in comparison to ANY other Wells Fargo I've been in. If you aren't White, Hispanic or Mandarin-speaking, expect a VERY UGLY reception.
