Michele and team were awesome. Our real estate agent had sold a house where the buyer had used The Reen Team and she said it was the smoothest transaction she'd ever been a part of. Also, we had checked out a couple online mortgage lenders but we had heard stories about slow moving lenders making people miss out on their house and we didn't want to end up in that scenario. We called Michele, setup an appointment, got all of our info into her over the course of a week or so and then out of nowhere we found the perfect house. We looked at it on a Thursday, submitted our paperwork on Saturday and they picked us on Monday morning even though they knew other offers were still coming in. Great to have experience, professionalism and speed on our side.
