Very poor service and more. I'm looking to refinance my current home loan and gave them a call because they are nearby me. I called two different days and left messages during business hours (no pick up?) and didn't get a call back until over a week later. Before this though I decided to pay the office at 1155 Meridian Ave a visit, hoping I could talk to them in person. But before I could get inside the building I saw a group of protesters that were unhappy with the owner of Plaza Loans, James Campagna. Some of them lived in apartments this guy owns and they told stories of roaches, bedbugs and all kinds of repairs that went unaddressed. When they told me the address of one of the buildings, 148 E. Williams St., I remember visiting a friend there when I was a student - doesn't seem like it's changed at all. If this is how this James Campagna guy treats tenants in the buildings he owns, imagine how he will treat your loan. No thanks, I'll go somewhere else!

I’ve done two refis through Plaza Loans. Each time they were able to bring my rate and payments down and the process was seamless and smooth. Their staff is professional, helpful and, most importantly, proactive. They anticipate problems, analyze issues and propose solutions. That’s particularly useful if you are too busy to do research on a complicated subject or don't know which questions to ask. It’s good to have a trusted partner.
