I banked with this company for years. They put a hold on my checks because they were over $5000. They keep your money for almost 2 weeks, but what's tricky is that they posted the money in my account when I deposited it, so I thought the money was there, and then they just take it away and keep it from you. This makes you go into overdraft, and then they punish you buy holding your next check for two weeks, this goes on for years! On top of that, I overnight my checks via Fed Ex, and every time I overnight it, it takes them three full days to even deposit it in the first place. So my $5000 checks are held for weeks! To make matters worse, the branch matter is completely unsympathetic, short and rude.

This bank at the Montgomery location is definitely different than the larger banks. I have experienced great customer service.
