The employees are not quite aware of what good customer service is. I need something done with a banker, I saw four working with customers already so I took a seat and waited. Next thing I knew, four bankers became two with a huge line of customers waiting to be assisted. I'm assuming they took their lunch breaks, but with a line of people waiting to be seen? I think assisting your customers before taking a break would be the smarter route to go with.

The location and the parking space available is ridiculous. Its on a corner so traffic becomes really heavy around there. The parking lot is so small you can barely get around and to get into it will take a while because of the traffic. The people that work there are rude and the bank is terrible. Would not reccomend to do business with this bank.

The tellers here are extremely rude, especially the obese woman who always seems to have an attitude for no real reason at all. Not only are they unhelpful, but they're combative and openly talk negatively about customers with each other in front of everyone. The male manager is the same way. I don't know who hired these people, but they need to be fired asap if they want to stay in business.
