I talked to Shannon first and she was more than willing to help me anyway she could. She was very kind and has wonderful customer service skills. She then transferred me to Josh and he also went over and beyond to help me. I'm a single mother of three so he really went out of his way to get this going for me and put me on the payment plan that was right for my income and situation. Service customer skills we're the best. I had called everyone to help me with my student loans, even the Department of Education, and they would just continue to refer me to someone else, and then that person would refer me to someone else.....but not Josh and Shannon....they are actually going to help me!! Thank you both!!! I give you both 5 STARS!!!

Andrew was not only generous but extremely helpful today. He went over all the details, answered all my questions and repeated anything I asked him too. This was beyond great customer service because I am currently experiencing difficulties from a traumatic brain injury from May of this year and Andrew all advised on how I can get help with my Private Loans as well.
