Sierra Pacific Mortgage helped me immensely. Working over the phone and email, I was surprised how easy it was to refi. Things moved very fast, and since then I have recommended them to others, and I know that they have been as happy as I was with the process and the end result. My rate was excellent, and I believe the costs were competitive. The most important thing is that they were able to get it done... in the past I tried with other lenders it was slow and stalled. I should say that I don't live in San Diego, but was referred to Sierra Pacific to do business with them.
