I have been banking with SDCCU for over 20 years. What a great experience! Highly recomended!

I bank with SDCCU and the people at the sequence dr location are liars. I use bill payer plus and receive checks all the time. When they enter in the check amounts they dont bother to put the name of the check sender so i can easily reference and see who made a payment to my company. So i called them and asked and I ended up talking to some1 from that department and he was tired of dealing with me so he just lies and says, "oh, here at sdccu we have thousands of checks come in and we dont enter them in manually, its all done by a machine." So i didnt think anything of it, then i go to my Regents Rd branch ( which are way better people to deal with) and i speak to the employees there and long story short they said, "we have to enter checks in manually." Its so lame to give someone your business and then have them treat you poorly. Lying to you and then handling your money...im positive you can find a better bank elsewhere.

The bank itself is fine but there insurance is really bad. they want to charge you for anything they can. first they send me that I have a laps between 10/21until 12/29 and from 02/20 until 03/10 so I called them in order to provide them the proof of insurance that I have with Geico and I thought at this time that I have this insurance until 12/29. So the lady was so nice, she told me ok we can take care of the first period between 10/21 to 12/29 but you have to pay for the other 10 days between 02/20 to 03/10. So I called them again in order to give them a proof of insurance which is the same policy that fixed the first period (10/21 to 12/29). By mistake I forget to cancel it with Geico and it never been canceled since 10/29/2015 but the "Manager" there "Jim" told me that nothing had been fixed and I have to pay $203.00 while I had the first lady fixed it.

Run away, don't walk away. I had a car loan with them. I asked what was left on the loan so that I could pay it off. Gave them the check to pay off the loan. Inquired a couple of weeks later, where is the title. They said you still owe 25.00. I said for what? Interest. I paid it. Came back in a month later asking where is the title, they say you still owe a months payment. WTF! I still don't have the title and I paid off the loan in July. I don't owe them anything but they will not release the title. I'm going to have to hire an attorney to get my title. They are idiots! You can do better anywhere else!!!!!! Run! Run fast! Horrible!
