These guys are awesome. They take the time with the customer. I checked out many handguns and never felt pressured to make the purchase. Five stars cause I cant give em more.

Place is garbage. Prices are crazy high for used or new guns. Was going to walk out then heard a salesperson tell a customer, "I'll give you a $100 bucks off, lets do it." I thought they could be reasonable. Enter the asshole manager and his lectures on why they don't discount. Instead of throwing the nice sales guy under the bus, I walked out. Wanted to buy 3 guns and a ton of ammo so that's a loss for them. Prices far better at turners or discount gun mart for literally everything...unless you want a TV or radio from 1994. They definitely got that.

Love this place. Have bought all of my guns from here and will continue to do so. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable on each product. The two people who left a 1 star review sound like over reactors or straight up liars.

I no longer live in San Diego. I live in a Virginia. But I've been purchasing jewelry at royal loan, from Ken since I was 16 (I'm currently 42)! I was a little hesitant to contact him about wanting to buy a ring because I live out of state but that did not matter to Ken at all! Ken and his staff were SO professional and helpful. They made me feel like a real VIP. I feel like I have my own personal jeweler. He worked with me on the price, and allowed me to make payments. When I was done paying off the ring he mailed the ring to me and sent me the tracking information. The most amazing part of the experience was how quickly the ring arrived. Ken mailed the ring on a Saturday. I received the ring on Monday (After Easter). The best experience I've had buying anything EVER!!!!
