Cannot say enough about our agent Chris. He was able to help us refinance our home through the VA when we had no idea that was an option. We didn't know we could have two homes under our VA entitlement. Our primary loan rate was much higher than we thought we were getting and no one from our credit union could tell us why we were not getting the advertised rate. Due to a PSC move from overseas our time was tight for the purchase and we simply pressed forward with the higher rate. Looking for different rates after only 6 months into our initial loan we knew we did not get the best rate possible. We found Global Equity and Chris McDannel through an internet search. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to get us into our new loan. Chris also helped my mother into a VA loan and got her out of her adjustable rate mortgage. For her, it was a true blessing as she is on a fixed income. Her debts are all paid off now and she can comfortably stay in her home without fear of being adjusted right out of it.
