Terrible company to deal with. I acknowledge from the get go we owed this debt, and for a while we had a great guy with our case who called every month no problem. Then they transferred him so he left and we got someone else, ok whatever. Well when I called to settle for the total I was offered before they said it was no longer valid. I told them I wont pay a cent more, but they offered a deal for only a couple hundred more so I said fine send me the paperwork and I'll pay. They refused to send me anything! They said some BS reasons they can't. Sounded like a scam so I filed with the attorney general in my state and after that they changed their tune and I only dealt with a manager after that. I had a whole year after that of paying monthly payments until I received our next tax return to pay this in full, where they finally sent me paperwork and I paid it in full. It was a hassle even then because the manager wouldn't return my phone calls. Who would think you'd have to try so hard to get someone to take your money? It was a pretty bad experience and some shady practices. If something doesn't seem right file a complaint with either the attorney general in your state, or the BBB.

Called regarding a debt that has already been settled. Paid it, then a year later started calling about the same debt that had already been paid. When I told the rep my debt was settled already, rather than address it, he hung up.

This outfit has called me four times, each time asking to speak with someone I do not know, someone who does not live at my address -- much less use my telephone. I have asked the company's reps to stop calling my number, but my requests -- thus far -- have been ignored. In one instance, the company's rep openly mocked me when I told her to stop calling my number. If I continue getting these calls, my next step will be to file a telephone harassment complaint against this company with the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, and with the appropriate state law enforcement agencies.
