Pacific Transportation Federal Credit Union in San Bernardino, CA

You send message that this payee is not elegable to receive a e bill , when there are funds in the account, and you change to Master card that I have been told at businesses they do not accept master card! Unbelievable!

I would give this Credit Union a NEGATIVE 5 if it were available!. I had been a faithful member for over 36 years and had an average balance of over 1/3 million dollars. After making weekly contact with the C.U. for this many years, I got to know the tellers and manager on a friendly level, I had assumed. When I made 2 rather large withdrawals, I was called to the office and told that I needed to conduct myself in a more professional manner when dealing with his tellers. I had previously invited these same people to my new home for a house warming party, and they had accepted. I had showed them them new vehicles that I had purchased, showed them pictures on my camera, and discussed current events. I have not changed one iota in 36 years. The branch manager called me to the office and deemed it necessary to make me feel like a 8 year old boy in trouble at the principles office. I find myself on the carpet being reprimanded by someone half my age about my manners and he accused me- That I made people feel uncomfortable. I asked what I said and he couldn't tell me. I asked who made the accusations and he couldn't tell me. I asked if I had used any foul language and the answer was, "NO". I asked if I had talked too loudly, and the answer was still, "NO". I said that I had somewhere that I needed to be, which there was, and the branch manager, ignored me and said that "We Needed To Talk". I refused to sit in the chair and close the door to his office like he asked. The next day, I called the Chief Executive Officer, Stanley Lampert, who didn't have ANY input, only listened to me. He did send a letter to me later on. He stated that his staff should be free from any harassment and work in a comfortable environment. He said to refrain from inappropriate language and conversation with the staff- Of which I didn't do and have no knowledge about. The only thing that I see is that my balance in Pacific Transportation had gone from over 300 thousand to around 50 thousand, so I wasn't as important any longer as a member. I couldn't take my money out from Pacific Transportation Federal Credit Union fast enough!, and move it to Chase Bank and they were Very Happy To Get Me.

Found it no problem

I am very unhappy with this bank. The bank lacks account monitoring and is not beneficial to the clients. The branch manager was not understanding when told about continued overdraft fees and even interrupted me with an attitude when I referred to their bank as taking my money. The bank does not monitor the accounts the way they should. Not a good bank!
