Arrowhead Credit Union in San Bernardino, CA

I ♡ You my bank. Never had a problem and beside every time I go in their always welcome us/me and so polite. And even if there's big lines they try there best to manage to hurry up. Even the tellers so nice, never rude or giving their attitude. I wouldn't change my bank for anything even though I didn't qualified for a loan lol May god bless you all

My parents have banked here and grandparents and now me we all love this bank they are nice welcoming to people of all color I have had problems at other banks and this one is by far the best

This is one of the main locations for ACU and for the most part the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The main issue is that it is not in the best neighboring area as its near Seccombe Park and the Courthouse which hold several homeless people. I've always been aware of this and tried to get in and out as fast as possible, just to be sure I am not harassed. They have safe deposit boxes at this location as well which many ACU locations do not have. Overall, it's a good experience with helpful staff, just don't linger too much in the area after you've taken care of your business.

I love this bank! As a first time buyer and only 19 years old, they gave me an auto loan at 4.99% Competing banks wanted to give me interest rates over 10% .

I started banking here in 2013. It was wonderful at first but the last two years have been the total opposite. I reported fraud and did everything they asked me to do. They wouldn't help me and now I'm out $135 due to it. I no longer feel safe banking here and I'm currently looking for a new bank.
