Great service but only 1 person at Windows at one time

Appreciate that they are there in times of need but when you are never late on a payment and they are calling texting and emailing you 2 days before your loan is due and call you again after they already talked to you once that day asking again if you were going to be in when your loan is due tomorrow!!! And then they tell you oh if we call you before yr loan is due and you dont answer or return our call we will call your references. Wth i can see doing this if you're past due but this is ridiculous to start calling someone like this 2 days before you're due because sometimes i cannot answer when i am having medical procedures done and am sedated. This is harassment. And i know not every store does this because i have had a loan with another store and they never called me once.

It ok just don't like the fact that they take 13 dollar out your check if u don't have a card activated through them.
