Unprofessional & unorganized. You'd be better off going through a monkey to get a loan. One of the worst experiences i've ever had.

Friendly, helpful tellers. Not a long wait in line

Yesterday I went into this location to request a validation for a bank statement and Mr. Guzman was very helpful. I have learned that it was a false statement. I appreciate Guzman for saving me the time and stress if I were to be tricked by that statement. Btw, 20 minutes before that, I stopped by the Northbridge location and one of people who were in charge that day (not mentioning any names) looked through the same bank statement and told me that everything was legitimate and I asked again to be reassured, but she said everything was correct and to call Wells Fargo service incase I want to find out more. People working there needs to be more careful with that.
