Omg!! Worst customer service ever!!!! I go to this bank twice or times a month and there's always a long line , they do not have no one greeting you they only have a little Mexican woman up on front and she does not even acknowledge customers when they come in ... And if you ask for a print out statement they will charge you for it and it will be mailed in a few days!!! Meaning you don't get it at time of asking for it , I regret big time changing to Bank of America , CHASE has way better customer service , with great professional people , so if you go to this Bank of America expect to spend the whole day there
