Golden 1 Credit Union in Sacramento, CA

I always get great service whenever I visit this branch! The tellers are always extremely helpful and patient with you. The line is never too long and moves pretty quickly. Great service from Golden 1 as always!

There's always big lines

One star, because zero isn't an option. Had a car loan with them - they always seemed put out to speak with me. Today, the ATM ate my ATM card from another bank. The Manager asked if it was a Golden 1 card, and when I said no, she said I should cancel it because there was nothing she could do. I pointed to the Golden 1 Logo and asked if that was her logo - and if it wasn't her ATM why her logo was on it. She looked baffled. As I type, the ATM is frozen with 'be sure to take all of your cash' with my card in it - but I can't get the cash or the card - I'm sure once it unfreezes, the next person will be kind enough to turn it in and not empty my account... "Nothing we can do" is the mantra there.

Give them a "ZERO STAR" if I could, those lady teller are a joke. If I dont have all my bills through G1 I will ****** leave this piece of **** CU....@legend fire your teller and safe yourself time and more disrepect from customer....2nd teller from the right on 1/27/2016 from 10:15am-10:30am they give you bad REP
