Great place highly recommended and I'm not family or fabricating This.. Lots of pawnshops in Sacramento so there are choices and my choice is Action Loan . Easy access , plenty of parking , knowledgeable staff and always have money .. Would I drive an extra 45 minutes to do business there? YES

Condescending and ignorant. Stay away, FAR AWAY. I understand that they are a business and are trying to turn a profit. But this guy (dominique?) tried to low ball my items and offer 10% of their resell value?! His boss was even a bigger jackass. A bit of advice fellas, learn some basic manners, make FAIR offers & treat every person who enters your piece of sh$t shop with a modicum of respect and your POS shop will do better. Low balling folks and blatantly exhibiting an ignorant, self entitled attitude only hurts your bottom line. BTW, I went to a couple other shops and ended up pawning my stuff at Cap city pawn, they gave me over FOUR TIMES as much for my stuff than the ass clown at Absolute scum offered. And with a lower finance rate too!

Very poor customer service. I brought in an electric guitar and amp today and I had the misfortune of speaking to the owner, Tracy, who was very condescending. He made it very clear that since he ran the shop he didn't have to be polite. He further insulted me by offering me $10 for the guitar and the amp.... I took the guitar to Skip's Music and they were much more helpful. They told me that I should expect to get $75-$100 for the guitar on craigslist but legally they couldn't buy it from me because the serial # was partially scratched off. (Something Tracy didn't even mention was a law in California) Needless to say, i won't be going back to Action Pawn Shop to buy or sell anything else and neither should you. Unless you enjoy being low balled and belittled by Tracy.
