This Wells Fargo branch is the worst experience I have ever had and I like doing business with them. One of their tellers, Jennifer, failed to mention how deposits are handled until after she completed the transaction. With nothing but an "oh to bad" I feel my needs were not handled properly. Had I known there was going to be such issues with their branch, I would have come to my Downtown LA branch where they make anything and everything happen. Each branch handles things a little differently and this one by far has treated me the worst. I am positive I am going to close my business account and personal accounts.
