Horrible. The teller Audrey or Audreen was so rude and disrespectful as if she already had a chip on her shoulder. The worse customer service EVER! No help as if she was too good to help. I wish her services on no one! Roseville Branch on Douglas!!!

Usually very good service, but their Roseville branch's ATM was down this weekend, which was very inconvenient since there isn't another Schools in my area.

Terrible customer service. Their atm ate my card and they treated me like an idiot and a criminal the entire time. Never even apologized

I was a first time buyer looking for an auto loan. Had been denied by my own bank. I had some credit and a large down payment but could not find a lender to take me. Schools came through for me and within an hour had me at a rate way better than I was expecting. Thanks Schools for putting me in my new Tacoma!

I have been a customer for over a dozen years. The tellers are always friendly and welcoming. This credit union is far better than all the banks I have used in the past. I intend to be a customer for life.
