Just wanted to say that I was a client and this would be my second loan with the company. Lack of following up and mistake made me go somewhere else even when at my first loan I got promise of great rates and discounts for being with you. So bad this tainted my relationship with you but never will do it again. Just so you all know great first loan poor or no help at all on my second.

Awful experience, I came to them to refinance my home and pull 10k out. Instead of getting 10k I received $856. After calling to see when I'd get my check for 10k I was told Friday I informed my loan officer of the other check and was told it was probably for taxes and ins refund from the other loan. I checked my paper work and seen the $856 refund amount but not the 10k. I called my loan officer and asked what this was about and since then I've been ignored. I delt with Whitney and called her district manager today.. Read your documents carefully don't let the lady rush your signing.. This company will tell you one thing and write your documents to say something else... Waste of time... Why did I refinance? For no Reason because of this company

Absolutely worst experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They take a ridiculous amount of time to accomplish anything. They are horrible at following up with changes to documents or keeping track of what I had already sent them, asking for the same documents or information 3 or 4 times. I did a refi to pay off debts and receive a cash lump sum. They sent money to pay off my car that I repeatedly told them was already paid off by normal monthly payments because they took so long. They also sent approx 1500 to a pest inspection company after I told them repeatedly that I already paid them myself outside of the refi. They didn't even know that's where the money had gone until I called and called week after week to tell them that money was owed to me. After a month and a half they finally tracked down that it had been sent to the pest insp company. The whole process took 5 months. It was a simple, single residence refi... It should not have taken as long as it did.

Great customer service which is the most important factor for me.
