My husband and I had tried unsuccessfully to re-finance our home on several occasions, but it was not until we met Russ Moen that we were finally successful! He was low-keyed, yet very professional in his dealings with us. He kept us informed of the progress of our loan and helped procure the necessary documents we needed. We never felt pressured or frantic about deadlines. Our re-finance with HARP was the least stressful of any refinancing we have ever done, and we owe that to Russ's management of the process.

We completed a HARP re-fi in May and the process was excruiciating! However, our broker Russel Moen was patient and walked us through the process with right amount of calm and understanding. Explaining the lender requests and where necessary the reasoning behind each of the lender's requests Russel guided us along and always kept us up to date on where we were in the process. He was very responsive to all of our questions and I was never left hanging. It seemed as though even as questions came up over weekends that I could always depend on a timely reply from Russel and that was greatly appreciated! Noel saved my mortgage after my original lender couldn't get the job done. Noel battled against the odds and managed to pull of a spectacular mortgage for me that nobody else could have managed - and on a manufactured home no less! Because of the ultra complicated mortgage there were a great many obstacles and a couple of meltdowns (me) and Noel not only battled through and found solutions for the obstacles but was absolutely amazing at talking me down when I would freak out - a feat that is almost more impressive than all of the others.
