POOR & PUSHY SERVICE Called bank to verify they could help me with transfer of my trust on a brokerage account. Male employee on phone was very helpful in describing all documents needed to get the medallion signature verification to complete the paperwork. He even told me to ask for his coworker MARY who usually did medallion signatures. I showed up an hour later and asked for MARY. After waiting while being hit on/pitched on why I should bring my brokerage accounts to WF, Mary came out. She looked at the paperwork and immediately said she couldn't complete the transaction. Reasons given turned out to be false as I went to the next closest WF branch where the medallion signature validation was completed promptly and at no charge. Avoid Mary and this Sunset Ave WF as they are over solicitous and unhelpful.

I have always had a great experience when coming in . All staff is very kind and helpful. Its always nice to see a smiling face when you walk into a business, and there are always smiling, happy people there. Very helpful as well.

I moved to Chase after dealing with this branch on the mortgage for my first home. They wasted 60 days putting me through 2 loans and both failed for the same reason - something about the HOA. If you couldn't clear the HOA, why did you waste so much of my time, the agents' time, the seller's time, etc. I almost didn't get the house because of the delays they caused. I eventually went thru Chase and got a better loan which went through the HOA no problem. After that, I switched all of my accounts from Wells Fargo to Chase because every single WF account I had got hit by fraud. I also switched because WF management refused to refund hundreds of dollars spend during the two failed loans. I had been a WF customer for around 15 years. They made the process of buying my first home an absolute nightmare, and a qualified buyer with great credit shouldn't have to deal with that. Disappointing.
