PremierWest Bank in Rocklin, CA

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER!! BANK EMPLOYEE TELLS ME THERE'S NOTHING MORE SHE CAN DO FOR ME AND HANGS UP!!! I opened an account in 2012. I explained to Lisa H. (bank teller) and said I will need to direct deposit husband's check (he works 5am-8pm, off Sunday), "NO PROBLEM" she says. Was not approved!! Okay fine, I get it BUT she did say it would not be a problem. Next, I signed up for the "Oops Protection, it failed me the first time I tried to use it, and it was well after the 90 days/good standing rule. I was at the grocery store. I have never had this happen but it was very embarrassing. So, I call the bank and they tell me money is in the account, not sure why check won't clear but "grocery store is to blame". I had the store manager with me, not grocery store's fault, I tell her. The lady at the bank tells me there is nothing more she can do for me and hangs up on me!!! I have money in my account but I leave with no groceries! The parking lot at the bank was always empty, I now know why. They only have one teller, I now know why.. If you go through the drive through, you wait until the one employee is ready to get to you. Premier West is also CLOSED ON SATURDAYS! At least stay open half a day for those who work all week during banking hours. They also close at 5pm. What about those who get off work at 5 pm? Not a customer friendly bank in my opinion. (I'm posting this on my husband's account but believe me, he agreed.)
