I love this credit union, they are small and I like that. I can call and actually talk to the same people that I speak with when I go in. Because they are small, sometimes you do have to wait to speak to someone on the phone, it’s not like the big banks that route you all over the world to the “next available operator” who doesn’t know you from your neighbor. I can use any credit union ATM, so I am never far from a “fee free” ATM. I guess my only complaint would be that their one branch ATM can take three to four days to process a deposits, so I just make it a point to drop by during my lunch hour. It’s never so busy that I can’t make a deposit, visit, run through a local drive-thru and still have plenty of time left to make it back to my office and eat.

My treatment as a customer, since the turn of the century has been professional, personal when needed and always satisfactory or better. My ATM card works every where I have used it. Last thought... I have never experienced unacceptable treatment! Being a small credit union is a big plus at RAFE. Merry Christmas, DEG

Horrible thank God I got out of this loan and into a new car. This place is horrible the way they treat people is ridiculous it's frustrating. I got laid off back in 2012 lost my job asked for lower payments and refinancing they said they did not offer that. My car was suppose to be paid off in July, but I had $9,000 of late fees. I told them I couldn't afford the nearly $600 payments anymore. All of the sudden they can now lower my payments due to a hardship for 6 months they said. If they would have did that when I got laid off in 2012 I would have never got behind! Take my advice run from these guys! I am also contacting the better business bureau about them. Yes they were helpful at times when I got behind on my loan due to a lay off, but also horrible when it comes to just about anything else.

I paid off my loan back in August 2016 and to this date I still don't have my car title. I been calling them every month since that date and just keep saying I will get it at end of month and nothing. Talked to manager and still no luck this is the worst experience. They don't no their job or they aren't doing it right

Horrible. Yes, they're very quick to take my monthly payment for my loan, but like a few others on here, my rate was supposed to decreasd after 12 on time payments. I have been calling for 2 months now to see why it hasn't changed and all they tell me is that they're "emailing" somebody. They can't even transfer me or give me the name of the department or person I need to speak to. I've tried every which way to refinance through other more reputable lenders but have had no luck. After reading these reviews that they wont release your car title after you pay off the loan, at least I know now to prepare for that new battle in a year or two.
