We drove all the way down to ALM from Northern California to buy a Big Tex 20AC 3 car trailer. They had the best price on the west coast and they made the whole process totally painless. We got pre-approved early in the week and drove down on a Friday to pick up the trailer first thing Saturday morning. We would have been in and out in 20 minutes had we not had so many questions, which they answered for us with no problems. I am starting a new business and Ayub even gave me some very valuable advice on how to do business and keep customers. He clearly knows what he is talking about. We are hoping to buy a flatbed trailer now and I would never go anywhere else but ALM. I will gladly make the 475 mile drive just for that kind of customer service.
