horrible ATM service. Only bank that I know that will have all ATMs out of service on a daily basis .

Really bad chase i have waisted my time twice already... teying to replace my card because the machines werent reading it. I go there at 11 they tell me there going to be a banker until 2pm like whaaaat??? Really??? So i go back w days later well this time there was a paper in the table stating no banker till 12:30 it was 11am really. Suuuper suuper bad get your self other bank tonwork with.

When using their ATM, a friend of mine got his credit card never returned. Customer service was completely useless essentially saying that they can't do anything and they can't even contact the branch directly.. good job chase.
