Manager tried to come out of store, and get involved after I chased a tweaker down to the parking lot after he stole a bike from my backyard! Plus, the chick with the black hair has an attitude like she's hot. I could put up with it if She was good looking, but unfortunately She looks like Seth's Sister from Hardcore Pawn!

The people that work there are very professional. We have had no problems with the store and the people that work there. They are all very helpful.

Worst business environment that I've ever visited to consult about doing a reasonable honest fare trade here. Really bad terrible experience that I had to go through at this place with the set of characters that run this show business! Very incompetent, lack of knowledge, unprofessional individuals as employee's of this facility, Don't even have a clue of or comprehend what customer satisfaction is or neither what customer appreciation would do or could do for this completely rude, ugly facility. Can't even begin to call this place a business for the simple fact that honest people can't simply begin to feel comfortable to shop here. Everyone at the Rialto Jewelry & Loan (Located at 722 E Foothill Blvd, Rialto, CA 92376.) need a whole lot more of training. Very poor people skills. I recommend to the public to don't bother thinking of coming here, really you'll save yourselves from a huge hassle that can be, and won't waste your precious time and money!
