WOW I wish I had found cb loans 10 years and 5 homes ago. Highly responsive, straightforward, gave me options, and funded my loan with no complications, excuses, or surprises. It really helps when the person knows what they are doing so I don't get hit with surprises a couple of days before closing. Deb was a breeze to work with, I never had to say, “ I sent that to you already” or had trouble reaching anyone in the office to answer my questions. I expect to do more business with them in the future.

Craig came through for me on a client who had 2 weeks to close a short sale. We were pretty sure it was a no go but Craig was able to make it happen and we closed on time. If he says he can do it, he can. Craig is an excellent communicator and does what he says he will do. My buyers all love him, past and present and they all refer him to their friends and family. Now that's a compliment!

CB Loans did a great job for me. I got a great rate and the terms I wanted. I was kept informed of status during the process. With my property purchase, there were two other sellers/buyers involved all with property to sell and buy. I needed to coordinate three escrows, using two different escrow companies along with everybody paying off old loans, and trying to close escrow all on the same day. CB Loans was able to support all the activity required. I will use CB Loans for my next loan or refinance.

In 2006, my husband and I bought at the height of the market, and when signing our final papers with the now defunct loan company, they left me in a room by myself to sign a 200 page document. He even went as far as explaining the outside structure, the double paned windows, and the differences in garbage disposals. Although there was another mortgage loan company that many of the buyers in the community were signing up with, I stayed true to Craig; for his business savvy and expertise surpassed the other company. When I visited his office, Craig explained the minor details, the fine print, and all of the legal jargon which I did not receive years ago. I understood everything in those documents, and what I didn’t understand, he explained again until I did. His amazing assistant Deb, was great in processing paperwork. Craig did not leave me in a room by myself; he was there beside me as I signed every paper. Home purchases can be a nightmare, and my first experience was terrible!! However, working with Craig at CB Loans, changed my outlook and my trust. Craig is intelligent, trustworthy, thorough, and his communicative nature is outstanding.
